Our engineers in place have identified hardware issues with the machine, unfortunately the box has failed and cannot be recovered in timely manner, we are currently moving the disks into a spare host. Updates will follow.

We are currently investigating issues with the machine containing the Control Panel and API in the London West data center. We have engineers in place working on the issue, updates will follow.
