We've seen recurring packet loss since the previous update, this is due to an inbound DDoS. We have taken the destination server offline to prevent this. We apologise for the trouble caused here.

Packet loss is back to 0% now - it has been intermittently going from 50% - 0%.

Packet loss has completely stopped at this time, we're still investigating however everything appears to be working fine now.
